Why I’m a Cooking Blogger: I started “Cuts Food” because I believe that delicious, wholesome food doesn’t have to be complicated or intimidating. There’s a joy in taking simple ingredients, making those “cuts” (both literal and metaphorical, as we strip away complexity!), and transforming them into something truly special. My goal is to share that joy with you by providing clear, easy-to-follow recipes that inspire confidence, even for novice cooks. I want to show everyone that with a little guidance, they can create incredible meals right in their own kitchens.
Why I Love Cooking: My love affair with cooking began early, watching family members conjure up amazing dishes from scratch. It wasn’t just the flavors that captivated me, but the entire process: the sizzle of onions in a hot pan, the comforting aroma of baking bread, the vibrant colors of fresh vegetables. Cooking is a beautiful blend of art and science, a chance to experiment, learn, and nourish those I care about.
