Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (if your crust package indicates a different temperature, follow those instructions).
- Cook the sausage in a skillet until browned and cooked through. If using crumbled sausage, cook and drain any extra grease.
- Prepare the crust: If it's raw dough, stretch it onto a lightly greased pan. For pre-baked crust, simply place it on the pan.
Cooking
- Whisk the eggs with milk, salt, and pepper. Cook in a nonstick pan on medium-low heat until slightly soft, pulling off the heat before they finish cooking.
- Assemble the pizza by sprinkling half the cheese on the crust, followed by the soft scrambled eggs, sausage, and the remaining cheese.
- Bake for 10 to 14 minutes, or until the crust is cooked and the cheese is melted and bubbly. For extra color, broil for 30 to 60 seconds, watching closely.
- Cut the pizza into squares for easy serving.
Notes
Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days or frozen for up to 1 month. Reheat in the oven at 350°F for 8 to 12 minutes for the best texture.
