Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients
  • 1 box box of cake mix Any flavor you prefer.
  • 1 jar frosting Choose your favorite flavor.
  • 12 oz candy melts or white chocolate For coating the pops.
  • 24 pieces pop sticks Can use lollipop sticks or toothpicks.
  • 2 tablespoons food coloring Orange and purple for Halloween theme.
  • 1 cup sprinkles Assorted for decoration.
  • 1 cup crushed cookies For decoration.
  • 1 cup mini candies For decoration.
  • 1 cup edible eyes For decoration.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Bake the cake according to the package instructions and let it cool completely.
  2. Once cooled, crumble the cake into a large bowl.
  3. Mix in a small amount of frosting until the mixture holds together when rolled into balls.
  4. Scoop about a tablespoon of the mixture and roll it into a ball, then place it on a tray lined with parchment paper.
  5. Freeze the cake balls for 15 minutes.
Dipping and Decorating
  1. While the cake balls are freezing, melt the candy coating according to the package instructions.
  2. Insert a pop stick into each ball, then dip it into the melted coating, twirling to remove excess.
  3. Decorate with sprinkles, edible eyes, and any other desired toppings.
  4. Allow the cake pops to set fully before moving them to a serving tray.

Notes

Make sure to freeze the cake balls before dipping to avoid them from falling apart. Have a block of styrofoam ready for drying the cake pops upright.
