For the crust
  • 1 pkg graham cracker crust Store-bought crust is acceptable.

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, beat the room temperature cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Gradually add in the powdered sugar, mixing until well combined.
  3. Slowly blend in the fresh key lime juice.
  4. Gently fold in the whipped cream or whipped topping until fully incorporated.
Assembling the pie
  1. Pour the mixture into the graham cracker crust.
  2. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or longer for better flavor enhancement.
