- Line your pan with parchment paper.
- Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until it resembles damp sand.
- Press the crust firmly into the pan using the bottom of a measuring cup.
- Beat the cream cheese until smooth.
- Add powdered sugar and vanilla, then mix until creamy.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
- Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture gently, then mix in mini chocolate chips.
- Spread the filling over the crust, smooth the top, and sprinkle extra chips on top if desired.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 6 hours, preferably overnight.

Let the cream cheese soften for smooth mixing. Use a hot knife to slice for clean edges.
