  • 1 cup chocolate chips or bars Milk, dark, or semi-sweet, your choice.
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter Smooth for ease or chunky for texture.
  • 1/4 cup honey or corn syrup Serves as a binder.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract Optional for added flavor.
  • 1 pinch salt Enhances flavor.
  • optional sprinkles, mini chocolate chips For decoration and flavor variation.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Melt the chocolate and peanut butter together in a heatproof bowl, using a microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring frequently until smooth.
  2. Add honey or corn syrup and vanilla extract to the melted mixture and mix well.
  3. Dump in the Rice Krispies and stir until fully coated.
  4. Using clean hands, scoop and roll the mixture into small balls.
Chilling
  1. Place the formed balls onto parchment paper and chill in the fridge or freezer for about 20 minutes.
Serving
  1. Enjoy as is or dip the balls in extra melted chocolate and chill again before serving.

Notes

Store in a sealed container in the fridge for up to a week. For longer preservation, keep in the freezer. Always use parchment paper between layers to prevent sticking.
