- Heat a skillet on medium. Add butter or olive oil, then toss in the minced garlic. Stir for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the chicken along with salt, pepper, and paprika. Stir for 2 to 3 minutes until heated through.
- Lower the heat, mix in mayo or Greek yogurt, then add about 1 cup of the cheese and stir until melted. Remove from heat and taste, adding more salt if needed.
Assembly and Cooking
- Lay out the tortillas and place filling down the center, topping with remaining cheese and any optional add-ins.
- Fold in the sides and roll up tightly. Place seam side down in a dry skillet over medium heat and toast for 2 to 3 minutes per side until golden and cheese is melted.
Notes
For best results, use flavorful cooked chicken. Allow wraps to cool before storing. These are easy to reheat in a skillet for lunch.
