Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven according to the sugar cookie dough package instructions.
  2. Press the sugar cookie dough into muffin tins, shaping a well in the center with your thumb.
  3. Bake the cookies as per the package instructions, usually about 10 minutes.
  4. Once baked, let the cookies cool completely.
  5. Melt the black candy melts according to package instructions.
  6. Once cookies are cool, fill the well with melted candy melts.
  7. Decorate with colorful candies and pretzel sticks to create cauldron and wand effects.

Notes

Store cookies in an airtight container for several days. Using soft candies or chocolate, keep them cool to maintain texture.
