- Let all fillings cool to prevent soggy tortillas.
Assembly
- Lay out tortillas on a clean surface.
- Add a small pile of eggs, meat, potatoes, and cheese onto each tortilla without overstuffing.
- Fold in the sides and roll tightly; wrap each burrito in foil or parchment paper and place in a freezer bag.
Notes
Wrap tightly for better freezing. Avoid placing wet ingredients inside before freezing, save them for dipping after reheating. They can be kept in the freezer for 2-3 months.
