Ingredients
  

For the Dip
  • 200 grams Feta cheese Block feta is best, but crumbles work too.
  • 100 grams Cream cheese or Greek yogurt For extra creaminess.
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice Just a squeeze.
Honey Chili Topping
  • 3 tablespoons Honey Warm it for better consistency.
  • 1 teaspoon Chili flakes Adjust for spice preference.
  • 1 pinch Smoked paprika Optional.
  • 1 pinch Black pepper Optional.
  • 1 pinch Garlic powder Optional.
To Serve
  • 1 pack Pita Or pita chips.
  • 1 pack Crackers Especially seeded or whole grain.
  • 1 cup Sliced cucumbers Or bell peppers, radishes.
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes Or roasted tomatoes.
  • 1 baton Toasted baguette Slices.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a food processor, combine feta, cream cheese (or yogurt), olive oil, and lemon juice. Blend until smooth and fluffy.
  2. Warm honey in a small pan for 20 to 30 seconds on low heat. Stir in chili flakes. Alternatively, microwave for short bursts.
Assembly
  1. Spoon the whipped feta into a shallow bowl, creating a slight swirl with the back of a spoon.
  2. Pour the honey chili topping over the whipped feta, adding an extra drizzle of olive oil if desired.

Notes

For the best texture, use room temperature ingredients and don't overheat the honey. Store dip for up to 3 days in the fridge.
