Preparation
- Add heavy cream, milk, and vanilla syrup to a small cup or jar.
- Foam it using a handheld milk frother for about 15 to 30 seconds.
- If no frother is available, use a blender for 10 to 15 seconds, or shake it hard in a tightly sealed jar, then whisk the top.
- Pour the foam slowly over iced coffee or cold brew and let it float.
Notes
Keep everything really cold for best foaming results. Do not overblend, as it can become too thick. Store the sweet cream mixture in the fridge for 2 to 3 days before foaming as needed.
