  • 4 large flour tortillas These hold everything without tearing.
  • 8 oz deli turkey Smoked turkey is recommended for extra flavor.
  • 8 slices bacon Crispy bacon is preferred.
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing Use your favorite brand.
  • 2 cups romaine lettuce Fresh and crunchy.
  • 1 medium tomato Optional, slice thinly.
  • 1 cup cheese Cheddar, provolone, or pepper jack all work.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Cook the bacon until crispy, then let it cool on a paper towel.
  2. Lay a tortilla flat and spread ranch dressing down the center, avoiding the edges.
  3. Layer lettuce on the tortilla, followed by turkey, tomato slices (if using), bacon, and cheese.
  4. Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll from the bottom up, keeping it snug.
  5. If packing for later, wrap in foil or parchment paper and slice in half just before eating.

Notes

For best results, use dry lettuce to prevent sogginess. You can tweak ingredients based on your preferences and what you have on hand.
