Reheating
- To reheat, gently warm the gravy in a small pot over low heat while whisking.
- If it seems too thick, add more broth a little at a time until the desired consistency is reached.
Notes
If adding cream, it may appear grainy when reheated; whisk well to smooth. If using turkey drippings, add them during reheating for enhanced flavor.
