Preparation
- Spray the slow cooker insert lightly to ease cleanup.
- Add the sliced kielbasa to the slow cooker.
- In a bowl, stir together BBQ sauce and grape jelly until mostly smooth, then pour over the kielbasa.
Cooking
- Cook on LOW for about 3 to 4 hours or HIGH for about 1.5 to 2 hours, stirring once or twice if possible.
- Once the sauce is glossy and the kielbasa is warmed through, switch the cooker to WARM for serving.
Notes
Serve with toothpicks, keep a spoon nearby for extra sauce. This dish is perfect for potlucks and can be kept warm easily.
