  1. Toss the frozen strawberries and banana into the blender.
  2. Add enough milk to cover the fruit, adjusting for thickness preference.

Notes

Try not to overdo the liquid, as it can make the smoothie runny. Use frozen fruit for best results and clean the blender right after use to avoid stuck-on residue.
