  • 2 cups Rotisserie chicken, shredded Easier to use pre-cooked rotisserie chicken.
  • 8 oz Cream cheese (softened) Use a brick for better texture.
  • 0.5 cup Buffalo sauce Adjust to taste based on spice preference.
  • 0.25 cup Ranch dressing A splash extra for flavor.
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded Add more for extra cheesiness.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, mash the cream cheese and Buffalo sauce together until well combined.
  2. Stir in the ranch dressing.
  3. Fold in the shredded chicken until the mixture is orange and well mixed.
Baking
  1. Transfer the mixture into a baking dish and sprinkle shredded cheddar on top.
  2. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 20 minutes, until the edges bubble.
Serving
  1. Let it cool slightly before serving. Enjoy with tortilla chips, veggies, or toasted bread.
  2. For decoration, you can pipe sour cream into spiderweb shapes on top and add black olives as spiders.

Notes

This dip can be made ahead of time and reheated. It keeps well in the refrigerator. Use a slow cooker to keep it warm during parties. Adjust spice levels according to your crowd.
