Ingredients
  

For the crust
  • 2 cups Graham cracker crumbs About 14 full sheets, crushed
  • 1/3 cup Brown sugar
  • a small pinch Salt To enhance sweetness
  • 1/2 cup Butter, melted Unsalted or salted is fine
For the filling
  • 1 can Sweetened condensed milk 14 ounces
  • 2 to 2 1/2 cups Milk chocolate chips Or chopped bars
  • 3 to 4 cups Mini marshmallows
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Optional

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Heat oven to 350°F. Line a 9×13 pan with parchment paper.
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs, brown sugar, salt, and melted butter until it looks like wet sand.
  3. Press the mixture firmly into the pan.
  4. Bake the crust for 8 to 10 minutes.
  5. While the crust is warm, sprinkle chocolate evenly over the top.
  6. Drizzle sweetened condensed milk all over the chocolate.
  7. Top with mini marshmallows.
Baking
  1. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes until the marshmallows are puffy and lightly golden.
  2. Cool for at least 1 hour before slicing.

Notes

For best results, ensure the crust is well packed, and the marshmallows are monitored closely while baking to get the perfect golden top.
