- Lightly spray the slow cooker insert with cooking spray.
- Add the chicken in a single layer.
- In a bowl, stir together the cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and a splash of broth.
- Pour the mixture over the chicken and season with garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
- Mix the stuffing with a small amount of broth until moistened, then gently spread it over the chicken.
Cooking
- Cover and cook on low for 4 hours, or until the chicken is cooked through and easy to shred.
Serving
- Fluff the stuffing with a fork and spoon some of the creamy sauce over the top.
- Shred the chicken right in the slow cooker if desired.
