Ingredients
  

For the Crostini
  • 1 small block brie cheese Use a generous amount.
  • 1 bag grapes (red or black) Green grapes can also be used.
  • 1 medium baguette Or any rustic bread.
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil For both grapes and bread.
  • 1 tablespoon honey Optional for drizzle.
  • to taste flaky sea salt For topping.
  • optional herbs thyme or rosemary For added flavor.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Slice the baguette into thin pieces, brush with olive oil, and toast in the oven until lightly golden.
  2. Toss the grapes with olive oil and a pinch of salt, then roast until they are wrinkly and juicy.
  3. Layer a chunk of brie on each piece of toasted bread, top with warm grapes, drizzle with honey, and sprinkle with flaky sea salt.
  4. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

Preparation can be done ahead of time. Store leftovers in an airtight container and reheat in the oven. Best enjoyed the same night for optimal crunch.
