Preparation
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Spread about 1 teaspoon of filling on a cracker, then top with another cracker to make a sandwich.
Dipping
- Melt chocolate in the microwave in 20 to 30 second bursts, stirring each time. Add coconut oil if you want it extra silky.
- Dip each sandwich halfway or fully into chocolate. Let excess drip off.
- Place on the lined sheet, add sprinkles or a tiny pinch of flaky salt, then chill for 20 to 30 minutes.
Notes
Chill sandwiches before dipping to avoid mess. Don't overheat chocolate; add coconut oil if it thickens. Use a fork for easier dipping to avoid mess.
