Preparation
- Melt the butter in a large saucepan over low heat.
- Add the marshmallows, stirring continuously until completely melted and smooth.
- Remove from heat and stir in the pumpkin spice, vanilla extract, and salt.
- Fold in the Rice Krispies cereal until well-coated.
- Press the mixture gently into a greased 9x13 inch pan.
- Let cool, then cut into squares or rectangles.
Notes
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for about 3 days. To keep them soft, place a slice of sandwich bread in the container. For best results, do not over press the mixture when putting it into the pan.
