Main Ingredients
  • 6 cups Rice Krispies cereal
  • 10 oz Mini marshmallows Plus a handful extra if you want pockets of goo
  • 3 tbsp Butter
  • 1 tbsp Pumpkin spice Or cinnamon plus a pinch of nutmeg and ginger
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch Salt A tiny pinch, but it matters
Optional Toppings
  • to taste White chocolate drizzle
  • to taste Festive sprinkles
  • to taste Crushed graham crackers

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Melt the butter in a large saucepan over low heat.
  2. Add the marshmallows, stirring continuously until completely melted and smooth.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in the pumpkin spice, vanilla extract, and salt.
  4. Fold in the Rice Krispies cereal until well-coated.
  5. Press the mixture gently into a greased 9x13 inch pan.
  6. Let cool, then cut into squares or rectangles.

Notes

Store in an airtight container at room temperature for about 3 days. To keep them soft, place a slice of sandwich bread in the container. For best results, do not over press the mixture when putting it into the pan.
