- In a big punch bowl, add several big scoops of raspberry sherbet.
- Pour the pineapple juice and cranberry juice over the sherbet and give it a lazy stir.
- Just before serving, slowly pour the lemon-lime soda over the mixture to avoid overflow.
- Optionally, garnish with a handful of cherries or slices of fresh fruit.
Notes
For a lighter punch, use diet soda or club soda. You can freeze some juice in ice cube trays to keep the drink cold without watering it down.
