Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Prepare the chicken breasts by flattening thicker parts to ensure even cooking.
Seasoning
- Rub the chicken breasts with the olive oil.
- Generously coat the chicken with the seasoning blend.
Cooking
- Place the seasoned chicken on a baking tray lined with foil.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 18-20 minutes, checking the internal temperature.
- Remove the chicken when it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
- Cover with foil and let it rest for at least 5 minutes before slicing.
Notes
For the juiciest chicken, do not poke holes and allow to rest after baking. You can serve this chicken in wraps, salads, or alongside rice and vegetables.
