Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 5 - 8 pieces Oreo cookies Use 5 to 6 for a classic flavor, or up to 8 for a stronger cookie profile.
  • 2 scoops Vanilla ice cream Use a rich, high-quality ice cream for best results.
  • 1 cup Whole milk Oat milk can be used for a dairy-free option.
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract Optional, but enhances the flavor.
  • 1 pinch Salt Optional, adds depth to the cookie flavor.
  • 1 serving Whipped cream For topping.

Method

Preparation
  1. Freeze the glasses to keep the shake thicker for longer.
  2. Gather all the ingredients: Oreo cookies, vanilla ice cream, whole milk, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.
Blending
  1. Add the cold milk to the blender first.
  2. Add the Oreo cookies and vanilla ice cream to the blender.
  3. Blend just until smooth, around 15 seconds.
  4. Check the thickness: add more milk if too thick, or more ice cream if too thin.
Serving
  1. Pour the milkshake into the chilled glasses.
  2. Top with whipped cream and optional toppings like crushed Oreos or chocolate syrup.
  3. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

For a richer flavor, let the Oreo cookies soak in the milk for 2 minutes before blending. Add optional flavors like chocolate syrup or peanut butter for variations.
