No Churn Vanilla Ice Cream

  • 2 cups Cold heavy whipping cream Make sure the cream is very cold for best results.
  • 1 can Sweetened condensed milk Brings sweetness and creamy texture.
  • 1 tablespoon Vanilla extract Use a good quality vanilla extract.

Preparation
  1. Pour the cold heavy whipping cream into a mixing bowl. Use a hand mixer or stand mixer and whip until it forms stiff peaks.
  2. In a separate bowl, stir together the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract, then pour the mixture into the whipped cream.
  3. Gently fold the mixture together using a spatula to keep as much air in the whipped cream as possible.
  4. Pour the mixture into a loaf pan or freezer-safe container, smoothing the top. Press plastic wrap onto the surface to prevent ice crystals and cover.
  5. Freeze for at least 6 hours, or overnight for best results.

Notes

For best texture, eat within 2 weeks. If frozen too firm, let it sit out for 5 to 10 minutes before scooping.
