  • 1 each ready-made chocolate cookie crust Pre-made crust is recommended
  • 6 each SNICKERS bars, chopped Some for filling, some for topping
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened Make sure it’s at room temperature
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 8 ounces whipped topping, thawed Cool Whip is recommended
  • to taste caramel sauce For drizzling, optional
  • to taste hot fudge sauce For drizzling, optional

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and peanut butter. Beat together until smooth.
  2. Stir in the powdered sugar until well combined.
  3. Gently fold in the whipped topping until fluffy.
  4. Add the chopped SNICKERS bars, reserving some for the topping, and mix until well incorporated.
  5. Transfer the mixture into the chocolate cookie crust and smooth out the top.
  6. Sprinkle the reserved SNICKERS on top and drizzle with caramel and hot fudge sauce if desired.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours before serving.
  8. Slice and enjoy your pie! Watch as it disappears.

Notes

This pie can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. It can also be frozen for up to a month, but SNICKERS may become chewy after thawing.
