Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients
  • 2 cups White chocolate chips, melting wafers, or chopped white chocolate bars Choose chocolate that melts smoothly.
  • 1 teaspoon Neutral oil (optional) Only if your chocolate is thick.
  • 1 cup Pastel candies (mini eggs, candy coated chocolates, jelly beans) Any pastel-themed candies can be used.
  • 1 cup Mini marshmallows Regular or pastel marshmallows work.
  • 1/2 cup Sprinkles (nonpareils, confetti, or bunny shapes) Use your favorite sprinkles.
  • 1/2 cup Crushed cookies or pretzels (optional) Add for extra crunch.
  • 1 pinch Salt (optional) Enhances flavor.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
  2. Melt the chocolate in the microwave in 20 to 30 second bursts, stirring until smooth.
  3. If the chocolate looks thick, add 1 teaspoon of neutral oil and stir.
  4. Spread the melted chocolate into a rough rectangle, about 1/4 inch thick.
  5. Add swirls if desired by drizzling melted milk chocolate and swirling with a toothpick.
  6. While the chocolate is still wet, quickly add candies, marshmallows, sprinkles, and any other toppings.
  7. Lightly press the toppings down with clean fingers.
  8. Chill in the fridge for 20 to 30 minutes until firm.
  9. Break into uneven pieces with your hands to serve.

Notes

Keep toppings ready before melting the chocolate, as the chocolate sets quickly. The decoration should look playful and homemade.
