No-Bake Banana Split Cake

Ingredients
  

For the crust
  • 1 cup Graham cracker crumbs Press firmly into the pan
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted butter, melted Binds the crust
For the filling
  • 8 oz Cream cheese, softened Whip until smooth
  • 1 cup Whipped cream, homemade or store-bought Fold into the cream cheese mixture
For layering
  • 2 medium Bananas, sliced Tuck under cream layer; slice before layering
  • 1 cup Pineapple tidbits, well-drained Drain thoroughly to avoid sogginess
  • 1 cup Strawberries, sliced Layer on top for decoration
For garnish
  • 1/4 cup Chopped nuts or mini chocolate chips Optional topping before serving
  • 1/4 cup Chocolate drizzle For garnish before serving

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until combined, then press firmly into the bottom of a 9x13 inch pan.
  2. Freeze the crust for at least 20-30 minutes until firm.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whip cream cheese until smooth.
  4. Fold in whipped cream until well combined and fluffy.
Assembling
  1. Spread the cream cheese filling evenly over the chilled crust.
  2. Layer sliced bananas, then pineapple tidbits, and top with strawberries.
  3. Cover with additional whipped cream if desired, then chill for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Serving
  1. Garnish with chopped nuts, chocolate drizzle, or maraschino cherries just before serving.
  2. Cut with a warm knife for neat squares.

Notes

Store leftovers in a tightly sealed container in the fridge. Best eaten within 2 days. Consider line your pan with parchment for easy removal.
