Preparation
- Mix the batter until just combined. Small lumps are totally fine.
- Warm a nonstick pan over medium to medium-low heat and lightly butter it.
- Pipe tiny dots of batter, about the size of a coin, but not too many that you cannot flip them.
Cooking
- Cook until you see little bubbles and the edges look set, then flip.
- Cook the other side for a short minute, then slide them onto a plate.
- Repeat until the batter is gone, then serve in bowls like cereal.
Notes
Use medium low heat to avoid burning the outside while the inside remains uncooked. Keep warm pancakes in a low oven while cooking the rest.
