  • 2 tbsp Peanut butter Creamy or chunky, as desired.
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Honey or sugar To taste.
  • 1 tbsp Lime juice or rice vinegar Use lime for a fresher taste.
  • 3 tbsp Warm water To loosen the sauce.
  • 1 pinch Chili flakes Optional for spice.
  • 1 pinch Garlic powder Optional for flavor.
  • 1 tbsp Sesame oil Optional for extra flavor.
  • 1 stalk Green onion Sliced for garnish.
Ultimate Tuna Melt
  • 1 can Tuna Drained.
  • 1 tbsp Mayo Adjust as per preference.
  • 1 tbsp Mustard Optional.
  • 1 pinch Salt To taste.
  • 1 pinch Pepper To taste.
  • 2 tbsp Chopped pickles or relish Or celery if available.
  • 2 slices Bread
  • 2 slices Cheese Your choice.
  • 1 tbsp Butter For the outside of the bread.
Air Fryer Chile-Honey-Glazed Fries
  • 1 bag Frozen fries Use your preferred type.
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 1 tbsp Chili sauce or hot sauce
  • 1 pinch Salt To taste.
  • 1 lime Lime For squeezing on top.
Banana-Blueberry Smoothie With Tahini
  • 1 medium Banana
  • 1 cup Blueberries Fresh or frozen.
  • 1 tbsp Tahini
  • 1 cup Milk or milk alternative
  • 1 cup Ice To blend for texture.
  • 1 drizzle Honey Optional for sweetness.
  • 1 pinch Cinnamon Optional for flavor.
  • 1 tbsp Greek yogurt or oats To make it more filling.
Creamy Giardiniera Dip
  • 1 cup Chopped giardiniera Adjust based on spice level.
  • 4 oz Cream cheese Softened.
  • 2 tbsp Sour cream or Greek yogurt
  • 1 pinch Garlic powder To taste.
  • 1 pinch Black pepper To taste.

Preparation
  1. For Easy Peanut Noodles: Mix peanut butter, soy sauce, honey, and lime juice in a bowl. Add warm water to achieve desired Sauce consistency.
  2. For Ultimate Tuna Melt: Mix tuna, mayo, mustard, salt, pepper, and pickles or celery in a bowl, then spread on bread.
  3. For Air Fryer Chile-Honey-Glazed Fries: Cook frozen fries until crisp. Mix honey, chili sauce, and salt in a bowl.
  4. For Banana-Blueberry Smoothie: Blend banana, blueberries, tahini, milk, and ice until smooth.
  5. For Creamy Giardiniera Dip: Mix chopped giardiniera with cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, and black pepper.
Cooking
  1. Toss noodles in peanut sauce, adjusting seasoning as needed.
  2. Toast the tuna mix on bread in a skillet until golden on medium heat, ensuring cheese is melted.
