Preparation
- Heat oven to 400°F. Lightly grease a muffin tin or use liners.
- In a big bowl, mix milk and breadcrumbs and let it sit for 2 minutes.
- Add ground beef, egg, onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Mix with your hands just until combined; do not overwork.
- Divide mixture into 10 to 12 muffin cups and gently level the tops.
Baking
- Stir glaze ingredients together and spoon a small amount on each muffin.
- Bake for 18 to 22 minutes until cooked through.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before removing from the tin.
Notes
Serve with mashed potatoes and a green vegetable. Freeze extras and reheat with added glaze if desired.
