  • 1 1/2 cups fresh chopped or frozen mango Make sure the mango is ripe and sweet.
  • 1 cup plain yogurt Full fat yogurt gives the creamiest texture.
  • 2 to 4 tablespoons sugar or honey Sweeten to taste.
  • 1/4 to 1/2 cup cold milk or water Adjust for thickness based on preference.
  • 1 pinch cardamom Optional but enhances flavor.
  • ice cubes Optional, mostly if using fresh mango.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Add the mango and yogurt to your blender first.
  2. Add your sweetener and cardamom, if using.
  3. Start with 1/4 cup milk or water, blend, then check the thickness.
  4. Taste it and adjust sweetness or cardamom as needed.
  5. If it's not cold enough, blend in a few ice cubes for a few seconds.
  6. Pour into glasses right away. Serve super cold.

Notes

For variations, try using a plant-based yogurt for a vegan option or adding a banana for extra thickness. It's best when fresh but can be stored for up to 24 hours in the fridge.
