- Add the mango and yogurt to your blender first.
- Add your sweetener and cardamom, if using.
- Start with 1/4 cup milk or water, blend, then check the thickness.
- Taste it and adjust sweetness or cardamom as needed.
- If it's not cold enough, blend in a few ice cubes for a few seconds.
- Pour into glasses right away. Serve super cold.
Notes
For variations, try using a plant-based yogurt for a vegan option or adding a banana for extra thickness. It's best when fresh but can be stored for up to 24 hours in the fridge.
