  • 1 cup white chocolate chips or melting wafers For coating.
  • 0.5 cups peanut butter Optional; adds flavor balance.

  • 1 cup powdered sugar For snowy coating.
  • 2 cups Lucky Charms cereal Add at the end to keep marshmallows intact.

Preparation
  1. Measure Rice Chex cereal into a large bowl.
  2. Melt white chocolate slowly in a microwave, stirring frequently to avoid overheating.
  3. Stir in vanilla and peanut butter if using, until smooth.
  4. Pour the melted mixture over the Chex cereal and gently fold until coated.
  5. Transfer the coated cereal to a zip-top bag with powdered sugar, seal, and shake to coat evenly.
  6. Pour the mixture back into the bowl, let cool for a few minutes.
  7. Fold in Lucky Charms cereal carefully to keep marshmallows intact.

Notes

Store in an airtight container at room temperature. Best consumed within 24 hours but can last up to 3 days.
