Cooking
- Close the lid and seal the Instant Pot.
- Choose the 'Pressure Cook' function and set the time to 4 minutes.
- After cooking, let it sit and do a natural release for 10 minutes.
Finishing Touches
- Fluff the rice gently with a fork to separate the grains.
Notes
Do not stir the rice after adding water to avoid mushiness. Experiment with water ratios if desired for different textures.
