Preparation
- Pour 1 cup of water into the Instant Pot insert.
- Set the trivet in and place the eggs on the trivet.
- Close the lid and set the valve to sealing.
Cooking
- Cook on High Pressure for 5 minutes.
- When it beeps, let it sit for 5 minutes (natural release). Then carefully do a quick release for the remaining pressure.
Finishing
- Move the eggs right into an ice bath for 5 minutes.
- Peel and enjoy, or store them for later.
Notes
Store unpeeled if possible, in a sealed container and label the date. Best within 7 days if unpeeled, 3-5 days if peeled. Use a paper towel in the container to absorb moisture if peeled.
