Drink Components
  • 1 glass Ice, enough to fill your glass
  • 1-2 tablespoons Vanilla syrup Adjust sweetness to taste
  • 1 cup Milk, dairy or non-dairy (2% or oat milk recommended) Can use whole, almond, or any preferred milk
  • 1-2 shots Espresso or very strong coffee Chill before adding to drink
  • to taste Caramel sauce For drizzling on top

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Grab your favorite tall glass and fill it almost to the top with ice.
  2. Add 1-2 tablespoons of vanilla syrup to the glass.
  3. Pour in the milk, leaving a little room at the top for the espresso.
  4. Slowly pour the espresso over the milk so it sits on top.
  5. Drizzle caramel sauce generously over the top.
  6. Stir if you prefer everything blended, or sip it layered.

Notes

Best enjoyed fresh. Prepare espresso ahead of time and chill for up to 2 days. Avoid storing the drink with ice as it will dilute.
