- Pat the wings dry with paper towels.

Cooking
- Heat the oil to about 350°F. Fry the wings in batches for 8-10 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- Move the fried wings to a rack to keep crisp.
Glazing
- In a small pan, warm honey, butter, and hot sauce until smooth.
- Toss the fried wings in a big bowl, pour the glaze over, and toss until they are glossy and sticky.

For a lighter version, try making the wings in an air fryer. Ensure to dry the wings thoroughly before cooking to maintain crispiness.
