  • 1 gallon fruit punch, chilled
  • 1 bottle (2 liters) lemon lime soda, chilled
  • 1 quart pineapple juice, chilled
  • 1 to 2 pints vanilla ice cream Use more for extra creaminess
  • splash ginger ale, optional For a little bite

  • maraschino cherries, optional

  • fresh cranberries, optional

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Set your punch bowl on the table or counter where you will serve it.
  2. Pour in the chilled fruit punch and chilled pineapple juice.
  3. Right before serving, slowly pour in the chilled lemon lime soda. Do a gentle stir, just a couple turns.
  4. Scoop in the ice cream, placing big scoops on top to make it look festive.
  5. Top with cherries or fruit slices if desired.

Notes

Chill everything, including the punch bowl, to maintain fizziness. For leftovers, refrigerate punch in a pitcher for up to 24 hours. Add a splash of soda and a scoop of ice cream to revive the flavor.
