Preparation
- Line an 8x8 inch pan with parchment paper.
- In a medium saucepan, melt the chocolate chips and butter over low heat, stirring until smooth.
- Remove from heat and stir in the sweetened condensed milk until well combined.
Mixing
- If using, swirl in food coloring and mix well.
- Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared pan, and sprinkle with toppings of choice.
Chilling
- Refrigerate the fudge for at least 2 hours or until set.
Serving
- Lift the fudge out of the pan using the parchment paper and cut into squares.
Notes
Store fudge in an airtight container in the fridge for up to two weeks. It can be frozen for longer storage.
