Ingredients
  

Potatoes
  • 4 pieces Yukon Gold or Red potatoes Choose based on preference for creaminess or texture.
Seasoning

  • 1 teaspoon Salt Adjust to taste.
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Scrub the potatoes well and cut them into chunks or thick slices.
  2. In a bowl, toss the potato pieces with olive oil, salt, pepper, and your choice of seasoning.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high.
Grilling
  1. Wrap the potatoes in foil for a steaming effect or place them on a grill pan.
  2. Grill for about 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and fork-tender.

Notes

Avoid slicing potatoes too thin; aim for half-moons or larger chunks. Check for doneness early to prevent burning.
