Preparation
- Pat the chicken dry with paper towels.
- In a bowl or zip bag, mix olive oil, lemon juice, honey, minced garlic, salt, smoked paprika, black pepper, and chili powder.
- Add chicken to the marinade and toss to coat.
- Marinate for 15 minutes to 4 hours.
Grilling
- Preheat the grill to medium to medium-high heat and clean the grates.
- Lightly oil the grill grates.
- Place the tenders on the grill. Cook about 3 to 4 minutes per side until juices run clear and char appears.
- Check the internal temperature of the thickest piece, aiming for 165°F.
- Rest the chicken on a plate for 3 to 5 minutes before serving.
