Preparation
- Pat the drumsticks dry with paper towels to help the skin crisp up.
- Mix the marinade in a big bowl or a zip-top bag.
- Toss the drumsticks in the marinade until fully coated.
- Marinate in the fridge for a minimum of 20-30 minutes, or better for 2-4 hours.
- Arrange the drumsticks on a lined baking sheet, leaving space between pieces.
- Bake at 400°F (200°C) until cooked through and golden, about 40 minutes.
- Let rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
Do not overcrowd the pan for crispy skin. Use a meat thermometer; chicken is done when it reaches 165°F in the thickest part. Optional to flip halfway through baking for more browning.
