  • 16 ounces frozen cooked meatballs Store-bought or homemade
  • 16 ounces grape jelly Classic sweet flavor, not fancy jam
  • 16 ounces BBQ sauce Choose your favorite flavor, preferably smoky
Optional Additions
  • 1-2 tablespoons Dijon mustard For extra zing
  • 1-2 tablespoons sriracha Adds heat
  • 1 tablespoon chili sauce Alternative for BBQ sauce

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Set your slow cooker to low.
  2. Tip in the frozen cooked meatballs.
  3. Pour the entire jar of grape jelly on top.
  4. Add the BBQ sauce.
  5. Stir the mixture gently, cover, and let it cook for 2 to 3 hours.
  6. Stir gently every hour if possible to ensure even coating.

Notes

These meatballs can be served with toothpicks, over rice or noodles, or in sandwiches. They make excellent leftovers and can be stored in the fridge or frozen for later.
