Preparation
  1. Warm your milk in a small pot over medium-low heat until hot but not boiling.
  2. Whisk in turmeric, cinnamon, ginger (if using), and black pepper, ensuring no clumps remain.
  3. Once everything is steaming and fragrant, turn off the heat and stir in the sweetener and vanilla.
  4. Pour into your favorite mug. For foamy texture, whisk vigorously for 20 seconds or use a milk frother.

Notes

You can adjust the ingredients based on your mood or pantry availability. Make it creamier by using half oat milk and half coconut milk. For a morning version, consider adding espresso.
