Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a sheet pan with foil and set a wire rack on top.
- Pat the wings dry with paper towels to ensure they are crispy.
- In a bowl, toss wings with baking powder, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Spread wings out in a single layer on the rack, leaving space between them.
Baking
- Bake wings for 20 minutes, flip them, and then bake for an additional 20 to 25 minutes until they are crisp and golden.
Preparing the Sauce
- While the wings are baking, melt butter in a small pan over low heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 30 to 60 seconds.
- Remove from heat and stir in Parmesan and parsley until combined.
Tossing Wings
- Once the wings are done, toss them in the warm garlic Parmesan mixture in a large bowl.
Notes
For a crispier texture, make sure to dry the wings thoroughly, avoid overcrowding on the pan, and toss them in the warm sauce only when hot.
