Ingredients
  

Brownie Ingredients
  • 1 box fudgy brownie mix Along with eggs, water, and oil as required by the mix
Decorating Ingredients
  • 1 cup candy eyeballs Available at grocery stores during Halloween season, or substitute with white candies and chocolate chips
  • 1 tube red decorating gel For bloodshot eye effect
  • 1 container white icing Store-bought is fine
  • optional peanut butter cups or Oreos For additional dimension under the candy eyes

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F or according to your boxed brownie mix instructions.
  2. Mix the brownie batter according to the package instructions.
  3. Pour the batter into a greased 9x13-inch pan.
  4. Bake until a toothpick comes out with a few sticky crumbs, being careful not to overbake.
  5. Remove from the oven and let the brownies cool completely in the pan.
Decoration
  1. Slice the cooled brownies into squares.
  2. Dollop white icing on each brownie and place a candy eyeball on top.
  3. Using the red gel, create squiggly lines from the eyeball to mimic veins.
  4. Admire your work before serving!
