Preparation
- Line two baking sheets with parchment paper and set aside.
- In a large bowl, gently toss together the Chex, Cheerios, pretzels, peanuts, and M&M's.
Melting Chocolate
- Melt the white chocolate and oil in the microwave in 30 second bursts, stirring in between until smooth, or use a double boiler on low heat.
Mixing
- Pour the melted white chocolate over the dry mix and toss carefully with a spatula until everything is coated.
- Add sprinkles if desired.
Setting
- Spread the mix onto the lined sheets in an even layer and sprinkle with a tiny pinch of flaky salt.
- Let it set at room temperature for 30 to 45 minutes, or place in the fridge for 15 minutes to set faster.
Serving
- Once firm, break into snackable clusters and store in airtight containers.
Notes
Store in airtight containers for up to 2 weeks at room temperature. Can extend freshness to about 3 weeks in the refrigerator. Freeze in zip-top bags for up to 1 month.
