  • 1 packet taco seasoning For the 7-layer dip
  • 1 cup guacamole For the 7-layer dip
  • 1 cup salsa For the 7-layer dip; drain before using
  • 1 cup refried beans For the 7-layer dip
  • 1 cup shredded cheese For layering in the 7-layer dip
Cheese and Meat Platter
  • 8 oz cheddar cheese Mild cheese

For the Sandwiches
  • 12 oz deli roast beef For sandwiches
  • 6 pieces soft rolls or slider buns For sandwiches
  • 6 slices provolone cheese For sandwiches
  • 1/2 cup mayo or horseradish sauce For sandwiches
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce For sandwiches
For the Loaded BLT Onion Rings
  • 1 bag frozen onion rings For loading
  • 1 cup bacon Chopped for topping
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce For topping
  • 1/2 cup mayo or ranch dressing For topping
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes Optional topping; use small diced and blot first

Method
 

Prepare the Dips
  1. Prepare buffalo chicken dip by mixing shredded chicken, cream cheese, hot sauce, and shredded cheese. Bake until bubbly.
  2. For the 7-layer dip, layer refried beans, sour cream mixed with taco seasoning, guacamole, drained salsa, shredded cheese, chopped tomatoes, and green onions.
Assemble Cheese and Meat Platter
  1. Arrange the cheese and meat platter with various cheeses, meats, crackers, and sweet items.
  2. Add extras like pickles and olives.
Prepare Sandwiches
  1. Warm deli roast beef in a skillet with a little beef broth or water until heated.
  2. Assemble sandwiches with roast beef, provolone, lettuce, and sauce on rolls.
  3. Wrap each sandwich in foil for easy handling.
Prepare Loaded Onion Rings
  1. Bake or air fry frozen onion rings.
  2. Top with chopped bacon, shredded lettuce, and dollops of mayo or ranch. Serve in batches.

Notes

Bring at least two scoop options for dips. Use warmers to keep snacks at the right temperature during the game. Plan for 2-3 snacks per person plus sandwiches for a full spread.
