Preparation
- Fill your glass with ice.
- Drizzle 1 to 2 tablespoons of caramel sauce along the inside of the glass.
- Add about 1 cup of cold brew coffee to the glass. If your cold brew is strong, you can use 3/4 cup of cold brew and add 1/4 cup of water or milk.
- In a jar with a lid, combine 1/4 cup half and half or heavy cream, 1 tablespoon caramel sauce, and a tiny pinch of salt. Shake for 20 to 30 seconds until thickened and foamy.
- Spoon or pour the foam on top of the cold brew and adjust sweetness by adding more caramel or syrup if desired.
Notes
You can prepare the salted caramel cream ahead of time and keep it in the fridge for 2 to 3 days. It may need a shake to regain some foam before using. If you prefer, use oat milk for a lighter version.
