Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 250°F.
- Pour the oyster crackers into a large bowl.
- In a small bowl, mix the oil with the ranch seasoning and any extras like dill or garlic powder. Stir well.
- Drizzle the seasoned oil over the crackers and toss gently until evenly coated.
- Spread the crackers in an even layer on a baking sheet.
Baking
- Bake for about 15 minutes, stir, then bake for another 15 minutes.
- If they still feel oily, give them another 5 to 10 minutes.
- Let them cool completely before serving.
Notes
Store in an airtight container at room temperature. They last about 5 to 7 days. Re-crisp in the oven if they soften.
